Sword Art Online(SAO) Review

O.k. to start I going to say that this show does not need another season, but if they made one I would be happy. SAO had a good mix of comedy, action, drama, tragedy, and romance, but not really harem like some places tagged it as. To me I SAO felt like it was the best anime that I have seen for a few years.

Claymore Chapter 133

Yes I know this isn't the right chapter sue me

So Clamymore chapter 133. There isn't a ton necessarily that there is to say about this chapter. As it remained mainly building actions, but I am still incredibly happy to see Clare back in action. And with her was one of the few new developments in this chapter, being that she has gotten faster and ergo stronger since she took a sabbatical. We saw the very opening of fights between the Claymores and Cassandra, part II, and also Priscilla and whatever or whoever it is that she is fighting. I could just be completely missing something but I'm not sure I know who that is, other than that they are apparently really strong as well. But overall this chapter is one that will just make me more excited for the next few, because now that the fights are officially under way they will certainly begin in earnest next chapter. I am also very excited to see Chronos in action, mainly because Chronos was a Titan in Greek mythology so if he has any sort of similarity to his namesake he should be really fun to watch fight. Also it will be interesting to see if this ends up being the final arc of the series, which would be very very plausible, or will they go on to the real world type thing. I personally would be interested in seeing this big huge war going on, but not at a sacrifice to this story. If the story wraps up well with this arc being the end, then I will be more than happy and would prefer that to it being dragged out simply because it can. That is Bleach land and we don't want to go there.

Hajime no Ippo: Celebrating 1000 chapters

As you may already know the popular boxing manga Hajime no Ippo has just recently reached the 1000 chapter mark. This is a monumental feat that few manga have ever reached. For those who don't know Hajime no Ippo is a manga by George Morikawa and it is about a young man who asks himself a simple question, "what does it mean to be strong". It is a generalization of the plot but that quote is the main driving force behind the plot of Hajime no Ippo. It is a surprising thing, to me at least, that such a simple plot could keep a manga running since 1989 and produce 1000 chapters. It has been a long run but it isn't over yet, while this is a remarkable milestone we have to remember that the manga isn't done. Now that Ippo has conquered Japan he has his sights set on the world. What happens until he reaches that stage is anyone's guess, but I do know that the ride so far has been epic and it can only get better from here on out. All thats left is to say Congratulations George Morikawa, we thank you for all you've done with this manga so far and we look forward to seeing you take it to even greater heights.

Things to come

I was looking through our past posts and I realized two things. First I have posted almost nothing over the past month. Second we have done almost no reviews on webtoons. This is a problem in my opinion because, well, I need to post stuff obviously so instead of posting the review the day after the manga is updated, I will be doing the review the day of the release. I am changing this because I seem to forget what I need to do within twenty four hours which causes nothing to get posted. I also don't like the fact that we are losing fans because we aren't catering to their tastes. So I will now be posting on everything I read, the day I read it, including Webtoons. This is going to substantially increase my workload, but I hope that you (audience) will like the increased number and variety in our posts. Sorry for the slow posts and lack of variety, we are working on it, see you next time and don't forget to read more manga :)
